I was born in Billings, MT and currently reside outside Worden MT where I’ve lived nearly all my life. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in 2015 at Montana State University Billings where I then returned two years later to earn a Masters of Education to teach. I currently am an Art Educator and has been teaching for 6 years while balancing life as a mother of four children.
Although my B.F.A was emphasized in digital mediums, in recent years I have turned to more traditional mediums and enjoy experimenting with more hands on materials, often jumping between mediums to explain how I feel.
My current work reflects my personal growth as a woman and mother. Through the depiction of the female form, I explore the profound intersections of femininity, life, birth, and death. By intertwining the female experience with the natural world, I seek to illustrate the beauty of self-discovery and the evolution of my own identity.
Artist Note - July 2026
On January 21st 2026, I had experienced a home fire that destroyed the majority of my completed work, destroyed all of my supplies, and the space I called my Art studio. We are all safe, but I’ve been focusing on my rebuild while trying to balance school and family. My goal is to have my space renovated by the end of the year - during this ordeal I have learned so much, like just how much I have leaned on my art to process my emotions, experiences, and life into a safe space. Until then, I have been posting work through my instagram account if you’d wish to see what I’ve been brewing.
I appreciate your patience as I transition through this obstacle in life.
